This is a beautiful faucet. It is heavy and the one which was installed looks great. I have ordered four additional faucets due an inability to remove the hot and cold markers to install the handles. This should be a relatively easy task but a small screwdriver literally snapped trying to reach the screw below. I have one installed and am hoping the 5th order will not be super glued to the handle. Other than this issue, I recommend the faucet.

I love the look of this faucet. It’s really pretty and adds a lot of style to our new powder room. My husband seemed to install it easily and quickly. It works great and the high spout makes it easier to wash your hands and face. I highly recommend this faucet!

First the good. I wanted a vintage feel for our master bathroom redo in 2017. These were perfect and I truly loved them. I especially like the style, the quality brass fittings and that the handle swiveled. It is perfect for bathing babies in the sink! Soon after purchase I noticed pitting on the chrome faucetspouts on both faucets. Surprisingly there was zero pitting on the much used handle. I had never seen this type of pitting before even on cheap builder’sgrade faucets. I used nothing unusual to clean themand again the base and handles were 100% fine. I did contact customer service which told me it wasn’t covered. I truly didn’t understand why but again Ireally liked them and everything else worked great.Fast forward to 2022. The pitting has become so bad that you can see the brass underneath. I actually ended up purchasing another using my CC points JUST to change out the faucet. I contacted acontractor friend asking if he knew of any way to rechrome the spouts. He said that it was a rare flaw in the plating and should definitely be covered under warranty. I did contact Jorge in customer service at Kingston Brass and they are replacing the faucets! Hurrah! The flow has been absolutely fine, I did need to recently replace a cartridge but that is normal wear and tear. As to the hot and cold discs, they can be secured with gorilla putty. Easy fix and zero damage seen to the handles. I am so happy that Kingston brass faucets are beautiful and will support their products.

Beautiful faucet for our guest bathroom renovation currently in progress. Only thing keeping it from five stars is how loud the faucet is while running. Doesn’t take away from the function and style, but it is notable.

Love the look. Tricky to install in a tight space. One continuing issue, the hot water knob screw keeps loosening. I have to remove thr "hot" disk and re-tighten the screw about once a week or the handle jiggles. If I tighten too much, it's too hard to turn on.

They look great and are very sturdy. They were honestly a pain to install though. The biggest issue being the hoses from the knobs to the faucet are quite long and kink pretty easily. So on a typical 8 in speed I found myself having to play with them until I found a position that they wouldnt kink. Also they were super loud when I first turned then on. I had to do that thing the top review mentions about removing the flow limiter.

Bought this to match the kitchen faucets and the shower set in the home we are building. The construction of the handles and spout are solid metal (brass/chrome) and are heavy. All of the hookups, mounts, and connectors are good quality. The mark down to 4 stars is due to the cartridges in the valves. In checking the parts list and going to the Kingston Brass website, I found they are nylon with o-rings. They use the same ones for hot and cold, and they are only a couple of bucks to buy if replacement is needed. I found it odd that the shower cartridges are brass and cost far less than these valves. Seems that for $150 a set, they could have used brass cartridges.

It's beautiful and feels extremely high quality, but we bought and installed two of these in our bathroom and they are insanely loud with a higher pitched whine if you turn them up around 20-30% flow. It has been working fine to just not turn them up very much and you can still have enough pressure to get the job done, but this is a major defect if you ask me.Edit: There is a little plastic flow limiter in the tip of the faucet causing all this noise. Unscrew the metal piece, remove the plastic piece, and reassemble.
