well build, looks good, feels good.But most important -there's nothing like that in big box stores, you can get either Shower head or bath tub faucet, but not 2:1customer support is superb, fast and very helpful ( i installed it myself and didnt do good job and needed some help with it)overall im happy with it, i hope it will last
